When you first log in to The Trackster, add all of your clients. You can add their contact details, give them exercise plans, assign them to sessions or groups. Even make note of their birthday and any injuries. Most importantly you can give them goals and track their progress.
You can assign individual exercise plans for each of your clients. Easily add each exercise to a plan or if you already have your plans on a spreadsheet you can upload that and assign it to a client.
When you add a client into The Trackster, they are automatically sent an email with log in details. They have access to all the information you put in about them including their upcoming sessions, exercise plans, any groups they are in or even any competitions you have assigned them. Your client can contact you through the message feature and even add in any absences that they have coming up.
With The Trackster you can send messages to your clients at any time. Your messages get sent either by email or sms and stored so that you can keep track of your contact with each client.
By adding goals for each of your clients, you can track their progress with a graph and see how close they are to reaching their goals. The goals and graphs are available to your clients each time they log in as well.
The Trackster has a calendar to help you organise your business. When you add sessions, it automatically comes up in your calendar. The dashboard keeps track of all your upcoming sessions as well.
For those super competitive clients you can set them up in competitions with other clients. Just set their goals and have them competing against each other to achieve their goal first. A cool way to add motivation for some of your clients.
You can easily add your own logo and change colour schemes to suit your branding, so when your client logs in they see your logo in the top left corner and the colour to match your designs.
