The Trackster - Frequently Asked Questions

The Trackster is a new product, so we don’t have too many frequently asked questions just yet. However, we have a few answers to some questions that have come up so far.

Do I have to download anything?

No, this is completely online software. It’s just like going to any website, except that you log in with your username and password and only you can see your information.

Am I locked into a long term contract?

No, you can cancel your account at anytime. When you sign up on any plan you get a 30 day free trial to see if you like it. If you want to keep using The Trackster then you just fill out your credit card details and we bill you monthly from then on. You can also change your plan at anytime.

What does my training client see?

Your clients only see info that is related to them. They can’t see any of your other clients, only exercise plans and sessions and messages that are directly related to them. The only time they see another clients info, is when you set them up in a competition and then they only see the other persons results.

What is a competition?

We have set this up to hopefully help motivate some of your clients. You can get two of your clients to compare their results with each other. We know this might not work out for everyone, but we are sure you might have a couple of clients that really get motivated by this sort of competitiveness.
